To Set Up Your Account(s) For Fraud
If you have any questions please call P-Card Services or the U.S. Bank Customer Service at 1-800-344-5696
- Select the My Personal Information high-level task.
- Click the account alert link, and screen will display.
- Type or update your mobile telephone number (for text alerts) in the mobile (U.S. Only) field.
- Type or update your e-mail address in the e-mail field.
- Review the list of accounts tied to your user profile.
- Select to receive text and/or e-mail alerts for an account.
- Scroll down and read the full terms and conditions.
- Select the "I accept" the Terms and Conditions check box.
- Click the submit button.
- If you are using text messages enrollment only, wait for a text, respond within 15 minutes to confirm the alert set up
